How to Submit or Edit a Listing

Submit a NEW LISTING

  1. Click “Submit a Listing” and complete the following:
  2. CATEGORY SELECTION.  Select the one that BEST describes your business. If you believe your business belongs in multiple categories, please write in up to 2 additional categories in the field marked “Comments, instructions, or questions,”.  Requires Hometown Publishing approval, your business will be placed into the additional categories.
  3. LISTING INFORMATION.  Add your business information.  Note: The Short Business Description is displayed on the page with all other businesses in the same category.  The Long Business Description is displayed on your page only. Include as much information as possible. You cannot easily edit your listing, so make sure it is complete before submitting it.
  4. LISTING IMAGES.  You can upload up to two images for each listing.
  5. SUBMISSION RECEIVED.
  6. Your listing has been submitted and is waiting approval from Hometown Publishing.

Edit an EXISTING LISTING

  1. Either send an email to to phonebook ads@htpb.us with updated information.
  2. Create a new listing (following procedure above) and tell us to delete the old one listing
  3. Your listing changes has been submitted and waiting approval from Hometown Publishing.

IMPORTANT: You cannot go back into an existing listing to edit it. If you want to change something, please email us with the information to change, or resubmit the listing as a New Listing.

    Your changes will not appear until they are approved by an administrator!
